MESSAGE FROM OUR THEATER TECH TEAM

The ISB Theater Tech Team is excited to welcome you all to our theaters, where together we can create magic to support our Dance and Drama teams.

This link provides access to the folder containing ISB Theater specifications and folders where you submit your tech requirement. Technical specifications for the CC Theater (Drama) and the ISB Theater (Dance).

• ISB Theater Specification. ** Please note that our ISB Theater lighting video is not fully complete due to an ongoing technical issue. The work lights were on during the recording because maintenance work is still being done on the upper catwalk path. We will send you an improved version of the lighting video by December 16, 2025.

Please provide any information that will help us support you effectively:

• Photos or videos of your shows in your own space (please label them clearly so we can recreate the setup).

• Qlab files and target audio/video if you would like us to test cues ahead of time.

• Basic overview of your performances.

• Set and prop requirements.

• Stage layout and any specific blocking details.

• Storage requirement dimensions.

• Staging requirement diagrams and technical specifics.

• Microphone requirements.

• Rigging or flying requirements (including weight, dimensions, and preferred available bar positions).

• Videos of the performance are highly encouraged; photos are helpful as well.

• Detailed notes on lighting positions, focus, and any special cues.

Please include as much information as possible so our tech team can accurately prepare and recreate your needs.

Regarding deadlines, we kindly request that you send us whatever you can as early as possible, but no later than Friday, February 6, 2026. The more time we have, the more we can prepare prior to your arrival. 

If we do not receive information before the mentioned date, we may not be able to fully support your performance.
