Happy New Year! This email serves as the fourth communication for this year's IASAS Dance, Drama & Tech Cultural Convention hosted by ISB February 25th through March 1st, 2026. Please share the actionable items and associated deadlines below with your coaches. Look for direct communication from our dance, drama & tech coordinators and coaches next week. SCHEDULE
I have included a draft schedule HERE for performances, rehearsals, workshops, and feedback sessions. Please get back to me by Friday, January 30th with any questions or concerns as we hope to publish the final version next week.
PROGRAM (PDF format, 300DPI) Due from each participating school by Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026

1 page A4 portrait with delegates names and photos, include name of school
1 page A4 portrait poster with name of school, title of production, short synopsis, and credits
Drama
1 page A4 portrait with name of school, drama and tech delegate names, and drama and tech delegate photos
1 page A4 portrait poster with name of school, title of production, short synopsis, and credits
Tech

Please note that on the afternoon of Wednesday, February 25th, as teams arrive to ISB for orientation we will attempt to accomplish the following tasks:
Unload the sets/assemble as needed and if possible
Tech orientation (lights etc.) for dance and drama
