#5 - IASAS Dance, Drama & Tech @ ISB, February 25-March 1, 2026

Dear IASAS Activities Directors,

Thanks to all of those involved with last weekend's IASAS tournaments either hosting, attending or supporting! I am so going to miss the spirit or these events and the camaraderie shared between our schools. 

This email serves as the fifth communication for this year's IASAS Dance, Drama & Tech Cultural Convention hosted by ISB February 25th through March 1st, 2026. Please see the updates below and share the actionable items and associated deadlines with your coaches. Look for direct communication from our dance, drama & tech coordinators and coaches as we get closer to the event. Questions or concerns? Please reach out.

UPDATED SCHEDULE

• Following a plethora of feedback - thanks! - please see draft #2 of the performance, rehearsal, workshop, celebration and reflection schedule HERE. Please get back to me by Wednesday, February 4th with any questions or concerns so we can get this on the website by the end of the week.

UPDATED PROGRAM (editable format, 300DPI) due from each participating school by Friday, February 6th, 2026. 

• Dance 1-4 pages including:

  • A4 portrait with name of school, dance and tech delegates names (first name, last initial), and photos

  • A4 portrait poster with name of school, title of production, short synopsis, and credits

• Drama 1-4 pages including:

  • A4 portrait with name of school, drama and tech delegate names (first name, last initial), and photos

  • A4 portrait poster with name of school, title of production, short synopsis, and credits

• Tech 

  • Included in Dance and Drama production pages

Please note that on the afternoon of Wednesday, February 25th, as teams arrive to ISB for orientation we will attempt to accomplish the following tasks:

• Take team photos at the Panther

• Drop bags in MPB3 

• Unload the sets/assemble as needed and if possible

• Tech lighting cue to cue for dance and drama
